House rules

Maximum two people No parties or loud noises allowed. No smoking or drug use allowed. Do not place hot objects on the furniture, especially in the kitchen, which is made of wood and not granite, as they can burn. Please do not sleep with makeup on. Please turn off and unplug the heating and/or fan every time you leave. Each visitor must pay $2,000 for entry.
