Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Common areas of the building are subject to the regulations of the community itself. Visits are allowed with a limit of 2 extra visitors to the guests, parties and loud noises are not allowed. Any fines from the building community due to misbehavior of the guests will be paid by the guests themselves.
