The building has a swimming pool (seasonal only), gym, and laundry machines. These services are subject to availability and the building's own regulations. Just a few meters away is Nueva Providencia Avenue with a commercial area, Manuel Montt metro station (50 meters away), Lider supermarket, several cafes, and restaurants. The Manuel Montt neighborhood is crossed by Providencia, Manuel Montt, and Antonio Varas avenues. It is characterized by a variety of restaurants and cafes. The costanera avenue with its park is just 2 blocks from the avenue and 4 from the apartment.

House rules

Smoking is only allowed on the balconies. Common areas of the building are subject to the community's own regulations. Visits are allowed with a limit of 6 visitors, parties and loud noises are not permitted. Overnight guests are also allowed with a maximum of 5 people including the two guest students. Any fines imposed by the building community due to misbehavior of guests will be paid by the guests themselves.
