The Manuel Montt neighborhood is crossed by Providencia, Manuel Montt, and Antonio Varas avenues. It is characterized by the variety of restaurants and cafes. The waterfront avenue with its park is just 2 blocks from the avenue and 4 from the apartment.

House rules

Smoking is only allowed on the balconies. Common areas of the building are subject to the regulations of the community. Visits are allowed with a limit of 6 visitors, parties and noisy disturbances are not allowed. Overnight guests are also permitted, considering a maximum of 5 people including the two guest students. Any fines from the building community due to misbehavior of guests will be paid by the guests themselves.
