Welcome to your new ideal home for students! 🎓✨ We know that the exchange period is an incredible time, which is why we have created a space where you can study, relax, and make great friends. Our shared house is bright, very cozy, and designed 100% to facilitate student life. Each room is private and comes fully equipped with a very comfortable bed, wardrobe, and most importantly: a desk with a chair for your study hours. The common areas are for sharing: a living room with a Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen, where each student has their own storage space. We have an unbeatable location, just a few minutes' walk from public transport stops, supermarkets, and university areas. Additionally, the rent includes high-speed internet (no drops during your work!), water, electricity, gas, washing machines, a pool, and a terrace to sunbathe. We are looking for students with good vibes who want a quiet place to focus on exams, but warm enough to feel like family. We look forward to seeing you!
Who lives in the accommodation
Juan Carlos, 35, lives in the house and works as a firefighter. He is a calm person who respects everyone's personal space and study time. He has been living in the house for 6 years and stays there a few nights a week, depending on his work schedule.
House rules
Quiet hours: Respect is key. We maintain silence from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During exam periods, we all collaborate to create a study environment. 🤫 Magic in the kitchen: If you use it, you clean it. Everyone washes their dishes and picks up their things from the common areas. We have a super easy rotating calendar to keep the house spotless, plus we have a cleaning service for common areas once a week. Visitors: Your friends are welcome! We just ask that they don’t stay overnight without notifying us and we avoid noisy parties. 🍕 Common sense: Turn off lights, save water, and always communicate with respect. 🌍
